Notes:

💓 Your pack will include a mix of organic cotton brief or bikini period undies in a range of colours and prints, chosen at random.  They will be a mix of absorbencies, heavy, super and moderate. Note that heavy and super absorbency underwear can be worn on light or moderate days too.  

💓 Eco Pads are cloth menstrual pads that wrap around your normal undies and are fixed in place with a press stud.  They provide an alternative zero waste option for your girls to try.  Pads are a great lightweight compact option to keep in your school bag if you don't know when your period is coming.


Do I wear these with a tampon, cup or pad?

Eco briefs are a complete replacement for other leak management products. There is no need to use anything else in conjunction with them, even on your heaviest days, with our heavy and super absorbency briefs holding up to 60 ml.  If you do like to wear a menstrual eco cup, you can choose light or moderate absorbency underwear, to wear as a backup for when your cup overflows.  Refer to our Know Your Flow page, for more guidance. 

Eco pads are also a complete replacement for other period and lbl products, with 4 layer Eco-tech designed to provide absorbency up to 100 ml.

What size is right for me?

We recommend taking your normal underwear size. 

Do I need to wash them before wear?

Yes, we recommend washing your period underwear and eco pads before the first time you wear them to help prime the 4 layer eco technology. 

What does it feel like wearing them?

Our eco briefs feel just like regular underwear! The absorbent gusset was designed to be comfy and discreet, never bulky or heavy. Just choose your favourite style of underwear and you are good to go! 

Eco Pads are soft and comfortable and clip into your regular underwear to keep them in place.  They use ‘dry touch’ technology to keep you feeling dry, even with heavy flows.  Please monitor and if you start to feel ‘wetness’, please change your eco briefs or eco pads. 

To determine your size, there are two ways to check:

1. Measure your best fitting underwear or swimwear at home against the 'Half waist Flat Lay' measurements.  This is the dimension of the top of the waist band of your underwear, when they are lying flat.

2. Measure around your hips, so over your hip bones and check against the Hip measurements either below or on the specific size chart for your product.  

If there is a discrepancy between your hip measurements and your flat lay measurements with our size chart, go with the flat lay measurements, as they represent the actual underwear you are buying and will be more accurate.

  • Use a flexible measuring tape for maximum accuracy.
  • Measure hip dimensions on bare skin or over thin, tight-fitting fabric.
  • For flat lay half waist measuring, take the measurement of the garment when unstretched, and be mindful or how stretchy the elastic is of your sample, as very stretchy elastics will be designed to stretch out, so give some allowance for that.

  • No returns or refunds on yoni eggs, menstrual cups or kegel balls. 
  • Items marked as clearance or sale items cannot be returned for a refund. An exchange may be possible, at your cost for postage of exchange items.
  • Underwear/swimwear returned must have been tried on over the top of clean underwear; and not worn or washed; if this is not followed, we cannot not provide a credit/exchange.
  • A credit or exchange is provided upon receipt of your returned garment/s or receipt of notice that goods have been posted back to us.

        1. Measure your best fitting underwear or swimwear at home against the 'Half waist Flat Lay' measurements.  This is the dimension of the top of the waist band of your underwear, when they are lying flat.

        2. Measure around your hips, so over your hip bones and check against the Hip measurements either below or on the specific size chart for your product.  

        If there is a discrepancy between your hip measurements and your flat lay measurements with our size chart, go with the flat lay measurements, as they represent the actual underwear you are buying and will be more accurate.

          Do I wear these with a tampon, cup or pad?

          Eco briefs are a complete replacement for other leak management products.           Sustainable Period Starter Pack Details

          Eco Period Cup

          The Eco Period Cup menstrual cup is made from 100% Medical Grade Silicone and is available in sizes XS, S. and L.  We will give you size XS with Teen underwear and S with women's, please add a note in the cart if you wish to include a different size cup.

          Extra Small Period Cup is recommended for teenagers who are ready, able and wanting to use an internal method. 

          Small Period Cup is recommended for younger women or women who have not given birth, or women with light or moderate flow. 

          Large Period Cup is for women who have given birth or have a heavy flow. The cup is bigger, so the capacity of the cup is suitable for heavy volume flows.

          Eco Period Underwear







          All Eco Period underwear have 4-layer protection that absorbs at least 20 ml or 3-4 tampons of fluid.  We will give you a pair at random, that will either be an Orgaknix Super Bikini or a pair of Orgaknix boyleg or high waist period underwear or a pair of Luxe Lace briefs.  These range in absorbency from Moderate (3-4 tampons) to Super (10 tampons). 
          .


          Eco Pads 

          Your starter pack will include a cloth menstrual pad, made with charcoal bamboo fleece that sits against the skin.  Eco Pads are used with your regular underwear.  They fasten around your undies with snap closures. Charcoal bamboo is extremely soft and comfortable and also very absorbent and stays dry.  You will receive a 20cm pad with Teen sizes, and with ladies 6 and 8.  You will receive a regular pad (26cm) with sizes 10-16 and a large pad with sizes 18-24.

          Orgaknix Boyleg/ High Waist-- Black  - the Super range are the most absorbent period underwear on the market, with EcoTech Super 4 Layer Technology.  Full coverage low legline briefs that absorb 60 ml or 10 regular tampons.    They are also made of super soft Organic Cotton, hence their namesake.  This brief is perfect for sleep due to its full coverage gusset and extra absorbency. For very heavy menstrual flows, moderate bladder leaks, overnights, new mums and any situation where you may need reliable protection. EcoTech Super 4 layer protection.  Sizes  - women's 6-24 and youth 10-16.

          The Orgaknix Super Boyleg are mid-rise and the Orgaknix Super High Waist brief extend up to just above or on the belly button.  



              Orgaknix Super Bikini - Black and Beige -Heavy overnight absorbency with our signature EcoTech Super 4 Layer Technology.absorbent technology, in a classic bikini cut.  Designed for comfort, with a wide organic cotton waist band that sits flat and won't dig in.  For flows of 30 - 60ml throughout the gusset that extends from midway at the front to the back waist seam.

              Orgaknix High Waist - Beige - Moderate Absorbency - the beige full brief is the perfect full brief for under lighter clothing and discreet daytime wear.  The gusset will handle heavy flows, but is not for overnights generally, as the gusset extends only half way up the underwear.

              Orgaknix Bikini - Moderate Absorbency -Black or Beige  for moderate flows, will absorb 20-25 ml, with a full gusset from the back waist seam to above the pubic bone.  Soft organic cotton base underwear with an absorbent and leakproof gusset comprised of EcoTech 4 Layer Technology.   Sizes 6-18 and youth 10-16.

                • We offer a 14 day return window on unworn garments. 60 day risk free trial applies to a single pair of underwear, not to a bundle, subject to conditions set out in our Returns policy.
                • No returns or refunds on yoni eggs, menstrual cups or kegel balls. 
                • Items marked as clearance or sale items cannot be returned for a refund. An exchange may be possible, at your cost for postage of exchange items.
                • Underwear/swimwear returned must have been tried on over the top of clean underwear; and not worn or washed; if this is not followed, we cannot not provide a credit/exchange.
                • A credit or exchange is provided upon receipt of your returned garment/s or receipt of notice that goods have been posted back to us.
                • Processing timeframes may vary; please allow up to ten business days.
                • We suggest sending your return/s with tracking so that you know when your parcel has arrived to us.
