Super Absorbency Eco Period Underwear are suitable for Heavy and Overnight flows of up to 60 ml. Super is Eco Period's maximum absorbency range, capable of extended wear times for ultimate protection.
The absorbent leakproof gusset on the Super range extends from the front to the back waist seams in most cases*.
*The exception is the Super boyleg and Super high waist full briefs, which hold up to 60ml but the absorbent panel does not extend up to the front waist seams.

The Teen Orgaknix Super Bikini brief in the natural shade of soft beige is your comfortable summer brief that can be worn under your lighter coloured clothing. It features four layer super protection throughout the base of the gusset and all the way up the front and back.
Suitable for heavy flows of 30-40 ml. The protective layers extend from front waist seam to back waist seam and are also great for tummy sleepers.
Beige is perfect as an active brief, under martial arts uniforms and dance costumes. Beige and plain black feature a comfort-top organic cotton waist band for maximum comfort and a fit that doesn't cut in to your sides.
Coloured prints now available feature an elasticised waist band.

Do I wear these with a tampon, cup or pad?
Eco briefs are a complete replacement for other leak management products. There is no need to use anything else in conjunction with them, even on your heaviest days, with our heavy and super absorbency briefs holding up to 60 ml. If you do like to wear a menstrual eco cup, you can choose light or moderate absorbency underwear, to wear as a backup for when your cup overflows. Refer to our Know Your Flow page, for more guidance.
Eco pads are also a complete replacement for other period and lbl products, with 4 layer Eco-tech designed to provide absorbency up to 100 ml.
What size is right for me?
We recommend taking your normal underwear size.
Do I need to wash them before wear?
Yes, we recommend washing your period underwear and eco pads before the first time you wear them to help prime the 4 layer eco technology.
What does it feel like wearing them?
Our eco briefs feel just like regular underwear! The absorbent gusset was designed to be comfy and discreet, never bulky or heavy. Just choose your favourite style of underwear and you are good to go!
Eco Pads are soft and comfortable and clip into your regular underwear to keep them in place. They use ‘dry touch’ technology to keep you feeling dry, even with heavy flows. Please monitor and if you start to feel ‘wetness’, please change your eco briefs or eco pads.
To determine your size, there are two ways to check:
1. Measure your best fitting underwear or swimwear at home against the 'Half waist Flat Lay' measurements. This is the dimension of the top of the waist band of your underwear, when they are lying flat.
2. Measure around your hips, so over your hip bones and check against the Hip measurements either below or on the specific size chart for your product.
If there is a discrepancy between your hip measurements and your flat lay measurements with our size chart, go with the flat lay measurements, as they represent the actual underwear you are buying and will be more accurate.
Always refer to the product specific size chart if there is one available (found at the top of the product page above the size selections), otherwise, refer to this chart below. If in doubt, please message us on chat function or email info@ecoperiod.com.au and we can discuss your needs.
How to measure
To choose the right size, follow the tips below:
- Use a flexible measuring tape for maximum accuracy.
- Measure hip dimensions on bare skin or over thin, tight-fitting fabric.
- For flat lay half waist measuring, take the measurement of the garment when unstretched, and be mindful or how stretchy the elastic is of your sample, as very stretchy elastics will be designed to stretch out, so give some allowance for that.

Absorbency
Super absorbency of up to 60 ml or 12 Tampons*, with an extensive gusset from high up the front to the back waist seam, so it is perfect for overnights and can be worn without tampons, pads or a cup.
Note: *tested to absorb up to 60ml throughout the extended gusset, day time wear without distribution through the gusset will reduce the capacity. ** Not suitable for full bladder release/ heavy incontinence.

The Orgaknix Super Bikini comprises EcoTech 4 Layer technology that offers full gusset protection for heavy flows/ leaks and overnights (40-60 ml or 5-10 tampons!), from front to back waist seams. Made of GOTS certified organic cotton base and against the skin, the purest fabric option for underwear.
With EcoTech 4 layer technology, to keep you dry and leak free for heavy flows* from 40 to 60 ml. The new improved extensive gusset protects you all the way from the front waist seam to the back waist seam. This keeps you protected whether you are a tummy sleeper, back sleeper or even on your side.
Eco Period Australia's Orgaknix series has undergone extensive testing and certification in accordance with OEKO-TEX guidelines and GOTS credentials for safety in materials and organic certification. Do I need to wash them before wear?
Yes, we recommend washing your period underwear and eco pads before the first time you wear them to help prime the 4 layer eco technology.
What does it feel like wearing them?
Our eco briefs feel just like regular underwear! The absorbent gusset was designed to be comfy and discreet, never bulky or heavy. Just choose your favourite style of underwear and you are good to go!
Eco Pads are soft and comfortable and clip into your regular underwear to keep them in place. They use ‘dry touch’ technology to keep you feeling dry, even with heavy flows. Please monitor and if you start to feel ‘wetness’, please change your eco briefs or eco pads.
To determine your size, there are two ways to check:
1. Measure your best fitting underwear or swimwear at home against the 'Half waist Flat Lay' measurements. This is the dimension of the top of the waist band of your underwear, when they are lying flat.
2. Measure around your hips, so over your hip bones and check against the Hip measurements either below or on the specific size chart for your product.
If there is a discrepancy between your hip measurements and your flat lay measurements with our size chart, go with the flat lay measurements, as they represent the actual underwear you are buying and will be more accurate.

Our boyshorts have superior absorbency, so no matter your flow or anatomy, they have you covered. Available in Super and Heavy absorbency, they are perfect for overnights, active wear, and heavy flow days. The fabric used is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified for safe and harmful substance-free underwear.
